This is a variety of flavored coffee for brewers that use the Keurig K-Cup system. There will be 24 K-cups in total. This variety sampler includes only flavored caffeinated coffee. A minimum of 8 different flavors will be included. We select 20 or more flavors of k-cups (some from the list below, some not), mix them together and randomly pull 24 for the package and typically see between 8 and 16 different types in bags we sample. Due to the mixing method, the result is random and the count of each type is also random. You may get 2 of 12 different types, or 7 of 1 type and 1 of 17 others.
We select different boxes and flavors every time we order to make sure the varieties stay unique and random -- which is part of the fun. Coffee roasters are always discontinuing flavors and adding new ones which we try to get and add as soon as they are available to us, so the list below is not exact but we try to update when major changes occur. Most people receive a few of the listed K-cup types, but occasionally one won't because of the random selection method.
We repackage k-cups into a new bag. We use a recyclable and compostable bag that is eco-friendly.

| Swirl Coffee Cake |
| Cake Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour Swirl Ingredients: 1 cup Coconut Sugar Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine oil, eggs, cinnamon, milk, and agave nectar, set aside. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Combine swirl mixture until crumbly. Pour half of the batter into a greased 9-inch spring form pan, top with 2/3 of the swirl mixture and the remaining batter mixture. With a table knife, drag through pan in figure eight motions to make a swirl effect. Top with remaining 1/3 of the swirl mixture. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean in multiple places. (If top is getting too brown, cover with aluminum foil.) Cool 10 min in pan, then, using a knife run it around the edge of the pan and remove sides of pan. Cool completely before moving to a serving platter. |

| Ingredients: 1 cup butter Directions: Space oven racks evenly; preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy. Beat in eggs and molasses. Mix flour, baking soda, spices and salt; add to above, just until blended. Form walnut-sized dough balls and dip into sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet with sugar side up. Bake 10-12 minutes for softer cookies, longer for crispier cookies; cookies will crack on top. |

| Crust Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter at room temperature 1/4 cup Blonde Coconut Sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch Filling Ingredients: Topping: Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit Combine first four ingredients and spread on bottom of greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes. While crust is baking, whisk all filling ingredients together until thick and lump free. Once crust is baked, remove from oven, pour in filling, sprinkle with coconut, and return to oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until just set. Cool completely before cutting into bars. |

| Roll Out Shape Cookies: Serves 9 |
| Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature) 1 cup Blonde Coconut Sugar 1 egg 1 tablespoon milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy with a hand mixer. Add in egg, vanilla, and milk and beat until combined. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. On low, slowly add in the flour mixture until just combined. Divide the dough in half and wrap each half in parchment paper and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit. Sprinkle work surface with a dusting of powdered sugar. Roll out cookies to 1/4-inch thick and cut into desired shapes. Place cookies 1-inch apart on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes. Allow cookies cool for 2-3 minutes on cookie sheet before removing to wire rack to cool completely. Serve as is or ice. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. |
